Dear MHS Families,
On behalf of the MHS PTO, welcome to the 2026-27 school year at McKinney High School. The MHS PTO is a volunteer organization made up of parents, teachers, administrators, and support staff who are all dedicated to providing the best possible educational experience at McKinney High School.
We encourage YOU to join the MHS PTO this year. Your annual family membership of just $20 helps support ALL students and teachers at MHS.

Get Involved
Volunteering
Volunteering is a great way to stay involved in the last few years of your child's education. We welcome and encourage everyone to get involved in whatever capacity fits your schedule.
Here are some ways you can get involved:

MHS Roar Store
Help run the store and support students during the school day.

Varsity Football Concession Stand
Volunteer for a few hours, then enjoy the game with your family.

Teacher Appreciation Lunches
Help with lunches three or four times per year.
Even if you cannot volunteer, please join the PTO. Your membership is ESSENTIAL to the benefit of our school. The PTO helps provide items and services that are not included in the school budget, so each and every family membership helps enhance the educational experience at MHS.
